Confirmation and Non-refundable Deposit

A signed wedding contract and non-refundable deposit of $1000 will guarantee and confirm the food and beverage for your wedding. The deposit will be applied to the contract as payment toward the food and beverage bill. A deposit and contract also need to be completed for the Holimont venue rental.

Cancellation

In the unlikely event that you would need to cancel the wedding partial refund will be given according to the following schedule
Booking to 6 months – 75% of payments made
6 to 4 months – 30% of payments made
Less than 4 months – no refund
*refunds exclude the non-refundable $1000 deposit

Guarantee and Payment

A guarantee of the total number of guests, meals and menu choice is due no later than 14 business days before your wedding.

The payment Schedule:

50% of wedding estimate will be due one (1) month before wedding

Balance due 7 days before wedding

The payment Method:
All payments may be made in the forms of cash, credit card or check.  All prices quoted are based upon cash payments.  If the method of payment is made by credit card, Caterer passes along transaction fees to the Client and reserves the right to increase the price of the total contracted charges by 3%.

Payment in full of food and beverage items including estimated items must be made 5 days prior to the wedding. The contract will be updated with actual consumption amounts and charges for additional attendees over the guarantee must be paid within 5 business days after the wedding.

Miscellaneous

Final floor plan and timeline are due no later than 7 business days before the wedding. Any changes made after this time may result in additional charges.

No outside alcohol is permitted inside the building. Our bartenders will not serve anyone without proper ID.

Cost:

Due to the fluctuating cost of food items, menu prices are subject to change within fourteen (14) days of the event.  If a drastic change in the menu cost occurs, the Client has two (2) options:

a.  Client will pay the additional cost based on the current adjusted price, or

b.  Client can substitute other menu item(s) to maintain the agreed upon per person price.
