Confirmation and Non-refundable Deposit
A signed wedding contract and non-refundable deposit of $1000 will guarantee and confirm the food and beverage for your wedding. The deposit will be applied to the contract as payment toward the food and beverage bill. A deposit and contract also need to be completed for the Holimont venue rental.
In the unlikely event that you would need to cancel the wedding partial refund will be given according to the following schedule
Booking to 6 months – 75% of payments made
6 to 4 months – 30% of payments made
Less than 4 months – no refund
*refunds exclude the non-refundable $1000 deposit
Guarantee and Payment Schedule
A guarantee of the total number of guests, meals and menu choice is due no later than 14 business days before your wedding.
The payment schedule is:
50% due 6 months before the wedding
75% due 3 months before wedding
90% due 2 weeks before wedding
Balance due 5 days before wedding
Payment in full of food and beverage items including estimated items must be made 5 days prior to the wedding. The contract will be updated with actual consumption amounts and charges for additional attendees over the guarantee must be paid within 5 business days after the wedding.
Final floor plan and timeline are due no later than 7 business days before the wedding. Any changes made after this time may result in additional charges.
No outside alcohol is permitted inside the building. Our bartenders will not serve anyone without proper ID.
